At The Gold Gods Lebanon, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, cash refunds, credit card refunds, or store credits for any purchases made through our website, social media channels, physical activations, or any other sales channels.
All sales are considered final and are subject to the exchange policy outlined below.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unused and unworn.

The item must be in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, accessories, and promotional items (if applicable) must be included.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

The item must not show signs of wear, misuse, alteration, damage, or mishandling.
Approved exchanges may only be made for products of equal value or higher value.
If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
No cash refunds or credits will be issued for exchanges involving lower-priced items.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene, safety, quality-control, and promotional reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Clearance, discounted, promotional, or final-sale items

The Gold Gods Lebanon reserves the right to determine eligibility for exchange upon inspection of the returned item.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, and additional information to assist with the review process.
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or exchange at our discretion.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for any shipping, delivery, collection, or transportation costs associated with exchanges unless otherwise approved by The Gold Gods Lebanon.
Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect customer information may be subject to additional delivery charges before reshipment.
Lifetime Warranty Claims
Products covered under our Lifetime Warranty are subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty program.
Warranty claims do not automatically qualify for refunds and will be handled separately in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
Right to Refuse
The Gold Gods Lebanon reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with this policy or where fraud, abuse, misuse, excessive returns, or policy violations are suspected.

The Gold Gods Lebanon reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of the request shall apply.
